2007 Preakness Stakes Result

The 2007 Preakness Stakes was won by the Steve Asmussen trained Curlin, who won in a very close photo finish with Street Sense a result which is the shortest winning distance in Preakness Stakes history; it was also recorded as the third fastest time ever at 1min 53.46. The fastest time is held by Tanks Prospect who won the race in 1985 in a time of 1min 53.40.

The 2007 race was a first time victory in the Preakness for both jockey, R Albarado and trainer, Steve Asmussen
